Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These terms cover your use of Chatick — the website at chatick.com, the web application at app.chatick.com, and the desktop applications. By creating an account you accept them. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.

1. What Chatick is

Chatick is a team workspace: chat with an AI dispatcher, tasks, time tracking, documents, notes, files and resources. It is offered as-is, as a hosted service, and it is currently free to use.

2. Your account

3. Your content stays yours

Everything you put into Chatick — messages, tasks, documents, notes, files — remains yours. We claim no ownership. We store and process it solely to provide the service to you and the people you share a project with.

You keep the right to export your data at any time, and to delete it. Deleting a project or a company removes the associated content, including the stored files.

4. The AI dispatcher

Chatick sends the content of messages and related project data to a third-party language model provider in order to summarise, route and answer them. That processing is what makes the AI features work.

AI output can be wrong. Treat it as a suggestion from a capable assistant, not as verified fact. Do not rely on it for legal, financial, medical or safety-critical decisions without checking it yourself.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Chatick to:

Public share links are a deliberate feature: anything you publish through one becomes readable by anyone holding the link, without signing in. Decide accordingly, and revoke links you no longer want live.

6. Free service, and what that means

Chatick is free while it is being built, with a storage allowance per project. Free does not mean unmanaged: we run backups and take reliability seriously. It does mean there is no paid support commitment and no uptime guarantee, and that limits may change as the service grows.

If paid plans appear later, existing free projects will get clear notice before anything changes for them.

7. Availability and changes

We update Chatick continuously; features may be added, changed or removed. Every released version is described in the changelog. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, and we may end the service — in which case you will be given reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, threatens the service, or harms other users. Where the situation allows it, we will explain why first.

9. No warranty, and limits of liability

Chatick is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will fit a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for lost data beyond what our backups can restore. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

When these terms change materially, the updated date above changes and the change is noted in the changelog. Continuing to use Chatick after that means you accept the new terms.
